Description

Anforal is a Moisturizing drink made from a Agave called lechuguilla, which is fermented in a considered time and to which a little sugar and some natural fruits are added to enhance the flavor.  Fermentation is a process in which bacteria or yeasts convert sugars into an elixir. In the case of the traditional Mexican drink made from the agave lechuguilla, the fermentation process occurs when the agave water extracted from the bud is mixed with the agave pineapple and sugar, and left to rest for a period of 25 to 35 days.  

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATIONS:  Serving Temperature: Preferably drink it cold  Pairing: Perfect with grilled meats, spicy and seasoned foods, seafood, any type of food Consumption Mode: Pure, also ideal for mixology
