Our story: Thomas and Me (Maria) are a well-being enthusiast couple and also healthy food lovers. In 2020, we had to remove dairy from our diets because we found out we were lactose intolerant meaning that we couldnt keep snacking greek yogurt every day. At that time there were no dairy-free yogurts so after many attempts on the kitchen, we created our own! Keeping in mind we wanted a very clean product, we decided not only to make it dairy free but also, gluten, sugar, preservative free and with ingredients we recognized and liked. After seeing our friends and family loved the product, we decided to start our bussiness.
Description
Our products are Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Gluten Free and made with clean and simple ingredients. Our process begins with selecting the coconuts to produce our own coconut milk to ensure that it only has coconut and water and no fillers, gums or additives. Then we pasteurize controlling the temperature so that the heating doesnt affect the quality and benefits of the coconut but to make sure to remove impurities. Once it cools, we add the vegan probiotic cultures and start the fermentation process that takes several hours and then, we let it cool completely to obtain the creamy texture that characterizes our products. Then, we mix in other fruits to add flavor and pack in our cups that are 100% recyclable. Unlike other yogurts, we dont pasteurize after fermentation to ensure that the product has live cultures and people can obtain all the benefits from it.
