Nutrimentos MAYBO was established in 2013 seeking to make nutrition easy, accessible and delicious through the creation of foods with fabulous combinations of fruits, vegetables, cereals and nuts that grow throughout the Bolivian territory, thus contributing to the rural development and preservation of nature, by working with crops that have been identified as endemic and that contribute to the reforestation of forests or their preservation, generating sources of income for the families of the collectors. Our factory has a jam production capacity of 60 Tons per month.
Each jar of blackberry and beet jam with quinoa contains all the aroma and freshness of Andean nature and the Bolivian valleys, providing a delicious mix with superfoods such as real quinoa, which has been declared by the FAO as an ancient crop that contributes to food security. The jams are made using combined barrier technologies, guaranteeing their shelf life and greater conservation of the vitamins and minerals present in the fruit and quinoa.
