HEY CHEF is our brand of Premium avocado oil with an exquisite flavor, glass bottles , without any type of preservative or additive. Each liter of extra virgin avocado oil is made with 16 kilos of selected avocados Hass and is flavored with natural products. The 100% natural avocado oil, produced under cold pressure, is rich in omegas 3, 6 and 9. Smoke Point Seal: Avocado Oil is the only vegetable oil that burns above 500 °F, making it recommended for frying and sautéing without losing nutritional value. Ideal for salads, frying, grilling and preparing dressings. Our process is carried out under the first cold pressing method, which allows the avocado oil to preserve its nutritional content, emerald green color, delicious flavor and expressive aromas. Contains complex flavor notes of avocado, butter, citrus and herbs. The final product may naturally present vegetable deposits and could partially solidify if it is placed cold or refrigerated, due to its composition of fatty acids. Avocados del Quindio is an environmentally friendly company, it works with solar energy and processes the water used. Our company has the high quality certificate Kosher Passover issued by Kosher Agency Latin America with worldwide recognition and coverage.
